- Scans of 1:1 and 2D-8D method certificates
- 15 different eyelash extension treatments photos, including 5 performed with 1:1 method, 5 photos of 2D-3D light volume treatments, 5 photos of over 4D volume treatments.
- Description of the salon, i.e. exact address, name, Tax Identification Number (NIP), the photo of the room in which treatments will be performed; describe yourself, your experience, completed courses, additional trainings/workshops, website address, social media channels, etc.
We will contact the selected salons within 7 working days in order to agree the details of cooperation.
You will receive the certificate of quality on condition of the participation in the free product training in our Gdynia seat.
